On my first visit, when I checked in I found out my provider was not even in the office and had to reschedule. Second visit was just an intake, brief history and meds. Prescriptions were not sent to my pharmacy on record. It took awhile with the pharmacy contact to find out where the prescriptions had been sent to . I was asked to bring in a family member for my third visit, We waited 45 min PAST the appt time. We were not even offered an apology. The visit was a waste of time, nothing was accomplished. Provider barely acknowledged the family member had taken the time to be there. I figured I'd try one more time. Again I waited 40 min. PAST my scheduled appointment time. Provider was unavailable. I left. I've concluded that the provider has no respect for my time ( as a patient) or is inept at time management, in either case it is totally unprofessional. BUT they sure want their money up front before you can even be seen!
