Review content:
The pharmacy nurse at this practice is unnecessarily nasty on each and every phone call. Ask her questions about your medication and she snaps back with sarcasm and even downright nastiness. When I say nastiness, I mean bordering on verbal abuse. She might as well end her phone calls with "thanks a lot for wasting my time, STUPID!" [click].
Between this nurse and the practice's tendency to get involved in politics and legal action, I'd seek out professionals who are a little more professional and a tad more... emotionally stable.
