Review content:
They never sent my medical records to my insurance company after my insurance company requested them. I had to pay full amount by myself so I could continue treatment. I called them and sent them written request for them to provide the records my insurance needed to get reimbursed, but they ignored it. I had my last appointment in December 2018 and I paid them full amount $175.00 and now 8 months later I received a bill from them saying I paid $45 and have balance $130.00?
My credit card statement shows payment $175.00.
