I am a remodeller and have used Triad Equipment for years. Because I am in the remodelling business I have experienced renting a lot of equipment from a lot of companies over the years. I have found Triad Equipment to be very understanding of my business and always tried to make sure I had the tools or equipment I needed to complete a job on a timely manner. Whenever you deal with equipment you have breakdowns or mishaps. My experience with Triad has been when something occurred, they got a serviceman out to fix the problem or replaced the equipment in a reasonable amount of time. No one likes down time, but in this business it happens. Compared to many of the other rental agencies out there, Triad has proven over the years to be a caring, knowledgeable, supplier. I'm the owner of Triad Equipment. I cannot identify this exact incident but I did check our reservation book history. I found a comment that ""(name) made a mistake and gave the customer two days for one"". We DO make mistakes (very few), especially on busy, busy weekends in the chaotic rental and repair business. It is important to note that we identified a mistake and CALLED the customer before they came in. It sounds like we tried hard to accommodate them as well. Having said that, from the uncharitable tone of this reviewer, I'd just as soon not have their business anyway. (Would you?) Nobody likes being called a moron :) more

Called and reserved a piece of equipment for the weekend. the person on the phone checked the schedule book for the equipment and said it was clear for the time i wanted it and put me down on the reservation book for the rental. Come the day of the rental, they called me and told me someone else had rented it, that it had been reserved prior. I guess they use two reservation books or they're just morons. I'm betting on the latter. Cons: poor customer service more

Rented Genie Lift for a job, received all safety equipment, instruction for use, help in hitching up to my truck, and a fair price for my four hour use.
