I'm the owner of Triad Equipment. I cannot identify this exact incident but I did check our reservation book history. I found a comment that ""(name) made a mistake and gave the customer two days for one"". We DO make mistakes (very few), especially on busy, busy weekends in the chaotic rental and repair business. It is important to note that we identified a mistake and CALLED the customer before they came in. It sounds like we tried hard to accommodate them as well. Having said that, from the uncharitable tone of this reviewer, I'd just as soon not have their business anyway. (Would you?) Nobody likes being called a moron :) more
