I had a tour planned to go to China and my travel agent failed to mention that I needed a Visa to enter the country. Eventually I found out this information through my airline. A busy family made me unable to go directly to the Consulate myself, thus browsing the net led me to Direct Passports. Direct Passports were able to tend to my needs and obtain me a Visa in just two days. I never had to visit there office and they kept me well informed on the status of approval.
