Explained our situation to multiple people, did all the paperwork and then get told that if you get get rid of your pets (companion animals) per doctor's orders then you can rent the house. How rude to say that to someone with disabilities and now they will not refund our money. Spoke to many different agents and still no reply. Why did they run the application if they didn't like the doctor's letter. more

Greedy and threatening towards tenants 10/5/2011

Very poor communication skills. Extremely greedy and threatening towards tenants. I've never rented from anyone with such rude employees. Tradewind Properties regularly gave us less than 24 hours to show the property as well. Unhelpful, unprofessional, ungrateful, the list goes on. Do not do business with Tradewind Properties!! more

Very trustworthy. 7/13/2011

We hired Tradewind Properties 3 years ago and we live in California now. For those 3 years, we have only been without a renter for 15 days. Tradewind handled everything! They handled all the service inquiries, and they followed up with all the random things that have gone on. They are very trustworthy. Poor communication, extra charges and overall need for improvement in the way they treat people 7/12/2011

They are very unclear regarding policies and will nickel and dime you to death. I heard bad things about them from a local real estate agent but was so in love with the property that we rented it anyway. One of the staff members apologized to me for the way we were and a few other clients were treated (which was nice), but should tell you something. Friend is a rental rights attorney who is encouraging us to cite their many violations of MN law in small claims court, but I'm not sure I want to invest the time. Huge mistake. Don't make it too! more

Very good "high integrity" people and very knowledgeable 6/20/2011

I would recommend Tradewind for all of your residential property leasing needs. Brandon and his team are extremely professional and thorough. They are "high integrity" and "high character" in their business proceedings. They get the property rented out quickly and with highly qualified tenants. You can trust them to always do the right thing and treat your property as if it were their own. more

Tradewind Properties is great to work with! 6/13/2011

I've been using Tradewind Properties for about five years. I used them for renting out properties I own, and for buying properties and for selling properties too. My experience with them has always been great. I think the best thing to do is to fully communicate all of your expectations to them and to be very thorough with what you're interested in achieving and they'll do a wonderful job for you. more

Tradewind Properties is practically perfect! 6/13/2011

My experience with Tradewind Properties was 100 positive! From the first time I called and spoke to Brandon, he took care of everything. He was positive and polite and provided all of the information I requested. I had tried contacting other companies, but nobody compares to Tradewind! They are almost perfect in my book, since nobody is totally perfect, I'd say they are 99.99! I am so glad they took care of me and my situation. Exceeded my expectations 6/13/2011

My friend Tasha Langsley (Realtor) recommended Brandon and Tradewinds when I was considering renting my property. Over the past several years Tradewinds has exceeded my expectations. The thing that impressed me the most was the quality of the renters. Brandon did background checks and was extremely thorough -my home is one of my biggest assets and my pride and joy as I have spent a small fortune remodeling it and only wanted top quality people living in my home.
