Review content:
They are very unclear regarding policies and will nickel and dime you to death. I heard bad things about them from a local real estate agent but was so in love with the property that we rented it anyway. One of the staff members apologized to me for the way we were and a few other clients were treated (which was nice), but should tell you something. Friend is a rental rights attorney who is encouraging us to cite their many violations of MN law in small claims court, but I'm not sure I want to invest the time. Huge mistake. Don't make it too!
