Explained our situation to multiple people, did all the paperwork and then get told that if you get get rid of your pets (companion animals) per doctor's orders then you can rent the house. How rude to say that to someone with disabilities and now they will not refund our money. Spoke to many different agents and still no reply. Why did they run the application if they didn't like the doctor's letter.
