I've been using Tradewind Properties for about five years. I used them for renting out properties I own, and for buying properties and for selling properties too. My experience with them has always been great. I think the best thing to do is to fully communicate all of your expectations to them and to be very thorough with what you're interested in achieving and they'll do a wonderful job for you.
