Toyota of HB - Excellent Service 12/25/2015

In particular, service representative John takes the extra time to explain service needed and to answer a couple of questions. Courtesy and helpfulness are the hallmarks of this Toyota facility. Service bays are meticulously clean, personnel well groomed and prompt, and the entire service operation seems well coordinated. I had to wait on site for service and enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee . One hour was promised ... but it was only 37 minutes before I was on my way again. Well done, Toyota of HB! I will return for my next service visit. more

Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable service agent was able to identify the problems quickly and fix them within less than 24 hour at a reasonable price. Did not recommend anything I didn't need which is a huge deal for me considering other service repair shops I've had problems with in the past. I felt confident I was getting the best service possible. Thanks ! more
