I called Richard Rivera to set up an appointment to have the headliner in my 2013 Avalon Hybrid re-affixed around the moon roof. He set up a time that was convenient for me and informed me that the repair might take more than one day. Upon my arrival, he wrote up my service call and referred me to the rental desk where I got a loaner at no cost to me. The next day Richard called me to say that my car was ready for pick up. The repair was covered under warranty and I was not charged. I was pleased that the repair process went so well. Unfortunately, when I got home the headliner again began to sag around the headliner. I have not had the time to bring the car back in for a reassessment, but will do so at soon as I can.\r
