Our experience overall was good.Rene was a pleasure to work with and made it very easy and painless.Only quibble was with the finance manager.I understand he's just doing his job and has to sell us what he is told to.However,at one point he made a comment about my wife's income as compared to the proposed monthly payment and this was way out of line.He does not know about our financial situation beyond what she wrote on paper,and it was frankly offensive for him to bring it up.In addition,I despise the game of putting a security system on the cars and then almost forcing us to purchase it.Really cheesy. Overall,a good experience,but not as good as it started.
