Very fast service 3/28/2014

I brought my prius in for a flat tire and there was a recall on the softwear. I got everything fixed and was out the door a LOT faster than was estimated. Wow I am in love with this dealership. more

Shop foreman 3/28/2014

I had warped rotors. I paid for a tech to check my Brakes. They found nothing. I was pretty upset. I took the shop foreman for a ride. He agreed with me- warped rotors. He took care of the entire job under warrantee and got me a free rental. I left happy. more

For the second time my front license plate was bent and I will probably have to replace the holder just like I did the first time. Other than that the service was great. more

Great personnel...unhappy with coverage on warranty items 3/24/2014

I just had the 60,000 mile check. I was disappointed that the tire pressure gauge was broken but not covered either because I was just over 60,000 miles or it isn't to begin with. I don't think this is right. My Ford is covered for things of this nature up to 100,000 miles. more
