We have owned 5 Toyota's and have had them each serviced at HB Toyota since purchased new, or pre-owned at this home-town Toyota Dealership, covering the past 26 years. Customer service and interface is consistently excellent; quality of repairs and work completed are consistently perfect; attention to detail and customer follow-up are outstanding. Their service advisors and technical staff are consistent, without turn-over; and their service director is approachable and results-oriented in answering technical questions and providing direct answers to customer concerns. Our most recent service resolved electrical issues with our classic, fully-restored 1993 MR2: Service support from Service Manager Jaime Fernandez was immediate & outstanding in every detail with excellent communications and immediate telephone follow-ups. Technical analysis, repair, and protection of the vehicle's interior and exterior finish were excellent and exceeded all of my expectations by Sr. Technician Craig Hicken (who worked on this vehicle at my specific request...as he has in previous years). An on-site follow-up by Service Director Lars Anderson, who was involved with the original vehicle purchase over 21 years ago, also occurred to my surprise and satisfaction. As a technical professional in engineering and education, experiencing this level of team support, attention to detail, and pride in services provided (at all levels) for a returning customer with a "mature" vehicle or product is an outstanding rarity in today's automotive service industry!
