I want to say a huge thank you to Omar who was fantastic and most of all, HONEST. I was not very happy when I brought my vehicle in to your dealership last time (Aug 2014) and was told that there was a long list of items that needed to be fixed. They did not mention that the Hybrid battery was the problem and that it was under warranty. I took my car somewhere else and was told by that mechanic that nothing on the "list" was wrong with my car, but there was definitely something wrong. I got in touch with Omar who without even seeing my car could identify that it was the hybrid battery. I would recommend Omar to others but not Toyota of HB as a whole based on my experience with Steve. Although I can't say for certain, it is likely he knew my car needed a new hybrid battery but did not mention it to me because I was very close to the mileage limit for warranty coverage. I really hope I am wrong because he seemed like a nice guy, but all the same symptoms were there when he saw my car and when I spoke to Omar.
