Excellent service visit 6/7/2014

Went in for an oil change without an appointment; the service took only one hour and included an excellent car wash. Price was very fair using a coupon from their website. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The waiting area is very nice and offers complimentary beverages. more

When I arrived I was greeted promptly and the service advisor, Steve wrote my service order up and had me on my way. When car was finished they called and they also washed my car! THANK YOU! more

QUALITY SERVICE ADVISORS 6/6/2014

I am totally pleased with the care and attention that I receive from John Keller when I bring in either of my Toyota automobiles. (Have asked previously that he be given a 10% raise, but have not heard from you advising that it was given.) He is the best!! more

Great customer service 6/6/2014

Omar was very kind and helpful. There were no rentals left by the time I got there on June 2nd, so he recommended I come back the next day and ask for him as he'd be sure to have a rental available. When I came back, he wasn't available, but another man (I think his name is Mike) took care of me right away and got a rental for me. Omar called later and apologized for not being available when I came in. That was great. And he followed up to keep me posted on how the repairs on my van were going. He deserves a raise! more
