convenience and service 8/1/2014

I like to come to THB for my services because I feel that they know the car the best. I also appreciate having a nice, clean, functional and hospitable room to wait. I always bring my work and don't mind waiting. I know I pay more for servicing through the dealer, and that is an issue, but for small things, I do like the convenience and service of Toyota. However, when they find something that needs to be repaired, I almost always take the car elsewhere because the price is so high at Toyota I can't justify the extra expense. more

My experience at HB Toyota was fantastic. I did not feel unduly pressured and the staff was very helpful in showing various vehicles to choose from. Maricelo was very accommodating and once I made my choice, he helped along with Frank in expediting the tedious paperwork. I am very happy with the entire transaction. more

Every one treated me with the utmost respect and did exactly what I asked. Except, the technician changed the air pressure in my tires. I always ask them not to do that, but my request is usually ignored. more

25k service 7/30/2014

I showed up for a 25k service and did not have an appointment. They took me in, my home was a mile or 2 out of their range so I stayed at the facility to wait for my car. They offered refreshments. Everything was great; however, it was a little warm in the waiting area. Overall, it was great service more

This is our third Prius leased from Huntington Beach Toyota and this was by far the easiest transaction for negotiating a car lease ever. Scott Olander called me up and asked if we wanted to bring our 2012 Pirius in and get a new 2014 for what sounded like a "too good to be true" swap deal. I said sure - and went right in where he greeted us in the lot and made everything a breeze. He was on our side and assisted in getting us a great car at the promised "deal" price and went above and beyond in making the entire process nearly haggle free. It was a great experience and I recommend you checking out Scott and the team at HB Toyota for your next car purchase. more
