Best car buying experience so far, when and if we need/want another car we will come back here. Bought a Camry here in 2003, traded it in for a 2008 Lexus and now have traded the Lexus in on the Highlander. We are totally satisfied at this point! more

We bought a 2008 Sienna 2 yrs. ago. Duy Dang took care and followed up with all of our questions/needs. It was the most enjoyable experience for us in a car dealership. Yesterday, we bought a 2010 Camry-- We made sure that Duy was working before we went in. Again, ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE. Duy delivered again for us. Duy continues to treat us with respect, he listens and answers to our needs. Over the last two years, some of my friends and 2 coworkers have bought their cars after I told them about Duy. Over the years, I have purchased several cars and the last 3 have been Toyota's. I have never been treated as well as I have been treated at Gladstone Toyota. First of all, I did an internet price search using both COSTCO and Consumers Report referrals to the dealer. Gladstone's price was considerably below all other prices quoted and, additionally, Seth Dustin, their internet manager was straight forward and very honest throughout the whole dealing. Gladstone promised several "extras" on the Highlander we bought and, even though some of them were not on the car when delivered, they, without hesitation, met all of their commitments, some of which were only verbal and not in the contract. I have had one service appointment with this dealership and my service advisor reflected the same sort of candor and honesty in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone I have met at this company, and they ensured I even met the General Manager, has been open, friendly and very straightforward. Very unusual for a car dealer, and very refreshing more

Over the past 4-5 years, I have met and worked with many of the staff at Toyota of Gladstone, from the General Manager to the Service Department. All have made me feel very welcome and have worked very hard to make sure I get what I want and need. They are my trusted advisors, as well as sales/service staff. This recent visit was basically an inquiry, as I didn't think it was possible to make a purchase at this time, but they located the perfect car and did everything in their power to make it come together. It worked!! We felt it was a miracle! Each and every staff member has my trust and, in many cases, my friendship. Amazing group of international people! I'm so very fortunate to have found this dealership and worked with Phil Habibi all those years ago. I now can send my friends there, with the trust that they will be treated with courtesy, respect and a genuine concern to make a fair and honest sale. more

I had great experience working with Duy Dang, he was very nice, friendly and did not push in any way but helped me on my purchased of a brand new Toyota Camry quite enjoyable at a fair price and helped me get the approval of 0% with fairly low credit score! but Duy Dang made it happened. I just wanted to thank Duy Dang and his general sales manager Mr. Dick Stiefel and the finance manager Mr. Sean Kim very much for helping me on my purchase; it was such a great experience at Toyota of Gladstone; best salesman, friendly, great services and a big new and used vehicles selection. This is the second car I have bought completely online from Seth Dustin in a year. I tell him the car I want. He gets it. I sign the paperwork and drive home. I drive 5 1/2 hours to get a car from Toyota of Gladstone. Best service I have ever had. I will need another car next year and Toyota of Gladstone is where I will buy it. We are very happy with our new Venza! Brian worked hard to help us get everything we wanted on our new car and was very patient, even when we kept changing our minds with respect to color. We liked the fact that he kept in touch with us, but did not push us into making a decision. He spent a lot of time with us when we picked up the car explaining how everything worked. I'd recommend this dealer for any car purchase. We were very specific about the type of vehicle we wanted and even called ahead to be sure that they had it in stock. We were concerned with getting in and out of there with a new car in under 2 hours, as we usually have our toddler with us or with a sitter and find hanging out at car dealerships unbearably boring. To our surprise this dealership was different than most. the sales person who specialized in Prius sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The financing guys were quick and efficient. As a retired priest of the Episcopal Church, I do not regard myself as being a "good, hard-nosed negotiator", but I am a very good judge of character. Duy Dang impressed me immensely with his personal integrity, courtesy, product knowledge (Prius), clarity of explanation, patience, focus, and flexibility. Having learned something of his remarkable personal background and his daily courage at work with chronic pain and inspiring determination, his conduct with us in our buying experience was genuinely extraordinary. It was a great privilege to meet and work with him. John Hall should be commended, also, for his firm, courteous, non-pushy focus on our business at hand and his willingness to show flexibility toward arriving at our final agreement. These two gentlemen make a fine team and worked well together which speaks highly of their respective personal accommodations anad, I trust, of the character and discipline of the whole Gladstone organization. We sought out Duy Dang very intentionally from friends who had bought their Prius through Duy, and he exceeded all the expectations we gathered from them. more
