The wait time is not for the amount of time I spent in the waiting room. That was okay. However, after my xrays, I waited 30mins for someone to tell me what to do next. No one came in to inform me of anything, until the xray lady came back and asked me if anything had been explained. Nothing was ever explained. She left, and about 10 mins later, my hygenist came in a moved me to another room to start the cleaning. Other than that - everything was fine. And actually, they waved a few fees - which helped as Christmas is just around the corner. Give a little...take a little. I guess I'd just like to see them value the client a little more through more efficient communication.
