Review content:
I have had multiple challenges with Towncare Dental in the short time I have been a patient, ranging from very long waits to a dental assistant having someone else's file and charts instead of mine. I hate to think what might have happened if I had not noticed the name on the file was not mine prior to my procedure starting. Also I feel the cost of my repairs are very high compared to other collegues that have had similar procedures completed elsewhere using the same insurance. I feel I have to question all procedures and costs prior to them being completed just to insure they are correct. It will take some time before I trust Towncare Dental as having my best interest at heart. Right now I think it's just another money-hungry, greedy, corporate entity out to make the highest profit possible regardless of what is best for the patients. The only reason I stay at this point is because changing primary care providers with my insurance is such a pain.
