My experience @ Towncare Dental was a positive one. The staff, hygenist & dentist were attentive, knowledgable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. more

The dentist and hygenist were both very professional and efficient My dental procedure was painless and last the amount of time that was estimated. more

The staff is great but the facility needs a lot of updating. I also do not like that there seem to be several people scheduled at the same time and because of this, I waited 15-20 minutes in the chair for the dentist to come see me. My time is just as valuable as theirs and I don't think it is right to keep patients waiting. more

I had to wait 45 minutes in teh lobby before being seen. Does not fit in my work schedule more

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and so had a lot of work to get done (with good insurance, thankfully). Dr. Gurreonero was great - very thorough and efficient, and always friendly and happy, which made the somewhat scary business of being in a dental chair easier to cope with. He referred me to some excellent specialists to deal with wisdom teeth removal and a root canal. I'm finished with my appointments and am completely satisfied with the treatment I received at Towncare Dental. Dr. G, his assistant, his coworkers and the entire staff are to be commended for their outstanding work. more

I went for a cleaning or "polishing of my teeth" and felt like I was at a car lot. Two two and a half hours later I only received one quadrant of my teeth deep cleaned and felt ackward about the entire experience because the other three quadrants needed to be atleast polished. Time was a serious issue as well. I had to talk to the finance clerk and we were talking about future work.that needed to be completed. She did a awesome job. Nevertheless, I felt penalized later because it was lunch time for techs. and they had a meeting after lunch. Everything seem to be more pressing but my teeth. I even asked for the most critical part of my mouth to be addressed they deep cleaned the lesser quadrant. Yes, I went alone with what was suggested because by this time I wanted something done! Can we as comsumer get what we ask for and advised on what we should do without being over pressured. This experience was very time consuming and baffling. Do I need to say anymore? more

Denisse, the hygentist was very welcoming. Explained everything about the procedure thoroughly. She was running behind on her appt before me and I did wait awhile. I know certain procedures take time but I was there for 3 hours. All and all, the office stafe, dentist and hygentist were very nice. I even recommended my mother to contact the office. more

Doctor Gurrionero did an exeptional job, i was suffer a pain for meny monts, and hi took ker of the problem i just 1 houre, the visit was plesent and not painful, thank you again Mr, David Rofe more

My first visit I scheduled an appointment with a Josh for a cleaning, when I arrived the dentist took less then 5 minutes to diagnose my mouth, not thorough at all. After the doctor examined me the assistant shawanda or something came back with a bill of almost 3,000 and then told me that my share would be 400.00 dollars. I sat there thinking I was going to get my cleaning, and she replied you weren't scheduled for a cleaning, then a lady nam,e Beverly came back extremely rude and said I wasn't getting my teeth cleaned and that maybe that wasn't the office for me. I then advised her that I'd took time off from work.1.5 hours to come there and not get my teeth cleaned. I finally encouraged her to schedule me an evening appt. ok... fresh start so I thought: my appt was scheduled for 5pm for a full mouth peridontal deep cleaning which is a two hour procedure. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting my whole mouth done until the hygeneist numbed only one side of my mouth and I asked her why and she kept making excuses and was running back and forth to Beverly the office manager whispering trying to find something to tell me. As Denise began to start on my mouth along with all of the phony excuses I saw Beverly through my pereferial vision doing hand gestures, then Beverly came over and said that I couldn't get my whole mouth done because there was a miscommunication. Very un-organized, very unprofessional. Denise just did an ok job, but I will be calling my insurance company. more

I was scheduled for a new patient consult and was there for close to 2 hours . After my xrays were taken I waited almost an hour for the dentist to review them and speak with me. more

Everyone was courteous and helpful. Dental care was very good more
