My experience with Rob was great. I got what I wanted for the price I expected. Many companies are middle men and up charge for their commission but Rob is the owner and he passes that savings along to his customers. He also is diverse with his services that I got my blinds cleaned, repaired and bought new ones PLUS he even cleaned a very dirty oriental rug under my dining room. I had no idea he also cleans upholstery. I felt comfortable and sure he could do the job. Thanks again Rob for your honest work. more

Rob is a professional, informative and respectful business owner. I was hesitant to use him after seeing the old reviews on here but he came highly reccommended by several owners in my high rise apartment. We are snow birds and asked Rob to give us a price to clean and repair our blinds. After speaking with him he suggested we motorize them for ease of use. Best thing I ever did. My wife loves the option and his pricing was at least 20% less than two other competitors. I feel these older reviews did not represent who Rob is today and I needed to make others aware to definitely give him a try. more

Rob completely ripped me off! On the phone we discussed $75 per blind (there were two for a total of $150). I knew it was just to change the cord that pulls each blind, but called other companies and they all charged similar-- so that part is fine. At time of payment, after the job was completed.....he asked me what we had discussed in terms of price. I could not find my notes and my 3 kids were outside (crazy afternoon). He took advantage of my situation: and charged me an additional $100 "travel fee". Total of $250 to change two cords. I was stunned, it seemed unfair to me, but gave him the check. I later found my notes. I also had notes from two of the competitors. Travel fee, as it makes sense, doesn't apply if the actually perform and paying job, it only applies if they waste the trip. more
