Rob is a professional, informative and respectful business owner. I was hesitant to use him after seeing the old reviews on here but he came highly reccommended by several owners in my high rise apartment. We are snow birds and asked Rob to give us a price to clean and repair our blinds. After speaking with him he suggested we motorize them for ease of use. Best thing I ever did. My wife loves the option and his pricing was at least 20% less than two other competitors.
I feel these older reviews did not represent who Rob is today and I needed to make others aware to definitely give him a try.
