Total Comfort Solutions came out to take a look at my AC unit which wasn't working well. They told me it was broken and then they charged me a couple hundred dollars for the visit...

Great customer service, excellent work ethic 9/6/2016

I have been using Total Comfort Solutions, LLC for a few years now and have always had great service from them. A few years ago we had them install a heating and air conditioning unit in our home, the install went great and without any hitches, and the workers from Total Comfort Solutions come out twice a year since then, once in spring and once in fall, to check both of the units to see if they are working properly. Overall have had excellent quality and service from Total Comfort Solutions and will gladly continue to use their services, and would gladly recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for similar work. more

Good Service But Expensive 9/4/2016

The maintenence service we received was well done and the tech was friendly and courteous. The pricing was a tad high. I was offered a 15% discount if I would sign up for their annual maintenance plan which would include two visits and discounted parts/filters as needed. I agreed to sign up thinking that the current service would count as the first visit and then I would receive one additional service in 6 months. Instead, the current visit was charged separately and the annual service would begin with the next visit. This made it considerably more than I was planning to pay for at this time, but out of politeness I went along with it. Also, I mentioned I had received a $25 discount coupon in the mail for signing up for the service but the tech didn't seem to know anything about it and went ahead and charged me full price. more

Service was good but parts were extremely over priced 7/31/2016

My air conditioner needed a run capacitor which cost was $1620. I was charged $ 171.00 and a relay which cost was$32.45 I was charged $167.00 the parts cost I got from repair clinic.com they were carrier parts I don't know where they got their mark up prices but I believe the markup was incomsistant and unfair. This company has just recently purchased Schaefer Refrigeration which Is a company that I have used for 30 years and prices and service have always been fair and excellent. I cannot recomend Total comfort solutions for future business to anyone I called to express my dissatisfaction and never heard back from them. I have done air conditioning and refrigeration for 30 years and was unable to repair this myself due to an injury. All I can say is I am very DISSATISFIED AND WONT CALL THEM OR REFER THEM AGAIN. more

We have had excellent: advice on changes, pricing, workers attention, cleanup after the work, service and service after the sale. We have the maintenance agreement, they always check in, tell me what they are going to do, do it quickly and without mess and check out. I think this group of people are better than any other group I've needed to accomplish a project. more

Service call 6/24/2016

Had the folks from total comfort solutipns come to do a service check up on our 1 yr old units. They were able to come early and the service was friendly and fast. Was told about all the services done and about a great plan to make sure oir units are cared for and run great. Thanks for the service and reliability. more

The pilot light on our water went south on us. Mike came out, got the pilot going, but it failed overnight. Mike needed to order a new part which will take a couple of days. Over night the pilot fails again and Mike does whatever he can to keep us in hot water. Thanks Mike more
