My air conditioner needed a run capacitor which cost was $1620. I was charged $ 171.00 and a relay which cost was$32.45 I was charged $167.00 the parts cost I got from repair clinic.com they were carrier parts I don't know where they got their mark up prices but I believe the markup was incomsistant and unfair. This company has just recently purchased Schaefer Refrigeration which Is a company that I have used for 30 years and prices and service have always been fair and excellent. I cannot recomend Total comfort solutions for future business to anyone I called to express my dissatisfaction and never heard back from them. I have done air conditioning and refrigeration for 30 years and was unable to repair this myself due to an injury. All I can say is I am very DISSATISFIED AND WONT CALL THEM OR REFER THEM AGAIN.
