We have had excellent: advice on changes, pricing, workers attention, cleanup after the work, service and service after the sale. We have the maintenance agreement, they always check in, tell me what they are going to do, do it quickly and without mess and check out.
I think this group of people are better than any other group I've needed to accomplish a project.
