Good Customer Service 3/25/2015

The reason my service experience was excellent is because of my Dean the service representative who handled my Armada, he was professional, educated & communicated the issues with my vehicle in a way I could understand.He also helped me to take advantage of coupons/discounts I had received in the mail. Also, gave an accurate wait time which is helpful when your a busy person, such as myself, best of all, a great smile! more

Good Staff 3/17/2015

Mark in service took care of everything and out my mind at ease so I didn't worry about my car over Christmas. He was my Santa clause this year because he didn't let my Christmas trip get ruined. He has excellent customer service and made me feel like I am a VIP. But, I observe him like that with others. True asset to the Nissan company. Marina in car rentals is good too. Wonderful 12/17/2014

I just had a 30K service a few days before.The car wouldn't start. I jump started the car at home brought it down to Torre and they checked it out and replaced the battery while I waited.Excellent service and it was performed quickly. more

Overall great experience at Torre Nissan. I bought a Nissan Z. Miguel really worked with me to get me a great deal on the car. I couldn't be happier with the deal I got. The process was easy and transparent, all my questions were answered in a satisfactory manner. I have no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend working with senior salesman Miguel Murguia.
