Mark in service took care of everything and out my mind at ease so I didn't worry about my car over Christmas. He was my Santa clause this year because he didn't let my Christmas trip get ruined. He has excellent customer service and made me feel like I am a VIP. But, I observe him like that with others. True asset to the Nissan company. Marina in car rentals is good too. Outstanding customer service
