The reason my service experience was excellent is because of my Dean the service representative who handled my Armada, he was professional, educated & communicated the issues with my vehicle in a way I could understand.He also helped me to take advantage of coupons/discounts I had received in the mail. Also, gave an accurate wait time which is helpful when your a busy person, such as myself, best of all, a great smile!
