My experience with Torre nissan was excellent! We had great service given to us by our sales woman gricela. She welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable while shopping for our nissan. She had an excellent personality which made our experience so enjoyable.I was very pleased with everyone who helped me with picking my first car and going out of their way to find the best deal for me. Very personable salesperson. Did not honor advertisement. Car had some safety defects that dealership knew had to be fixed prior to sale but let it go. Took two trips to get fixed. I mistakenly expected vehicle to be service prior to sale. Under 300 miles after sale the oil change needed light comes on. more

Actually everybody was nice . But as far as my trade in you offered me less than half the actual value . And then turned around and put it on your lot for almost twice what you gave me ! Fell like some just ain't right there . And I pretty much paid your price for my new Armada . Your asking so I'm just saying . more
