Top Performance always does a good job at a great price. They get me in quick and inspect my vehicle thoroughly. They call me with details and get the job done in a timely manner.

ALIGNMENT PROBLEM & MANAGER ATTITUDE PROBLEM 9/14/2013

I had an alignment done, and had to return because it wasn't done correctly--it was not corrected the SECOND time!!! I had to go to another alignment shop and spend more money to get the problem corrected. When I again returned, the manager at Top Performance refused (with attitude) to give a refund--I was very polite in asking for the refund. I will be doing a charge-back with my credit card company. I will not do business with them based upon the ineffective work, and very uncooperative attitude when I requested the refund. I also would not recommend this place to any of my friends. I wasted many hours of my valuable time and extra money because of their ineffective work. Very disappointing experience. more

My subaru has been in their hands many times and has always come out handled and fixed perfectly. They are easily the cheapest for any work and combine work for a cheaper labor price. I will always take my car to them and know I'll be leaving with a guarantee on their work in addition to any questions/concerns after the work is done. Professional, timely, and quality work. (p.s. their new location is beautiful and kept up well!) more

Disappointed 9/6/2013

I have been a customer for several years and had a brake job done one year ago. Upon hearing a noise I returned for a oil change and check up. I was informed that I needed new brake pads on the same set of wheels that i had done a year ago. I asked if there was a warranty on this and was told "no". the first pads lasted 120,000 and the second set lasted 17,000. Does this make sense? Obviously they were defective or the installation was faulty. i ended up getting a new, different brand of pads. i think some adjustment should have been made. Other than this poor experience I have received great service. more

Expert Repair 9/5/2013

Tony Martin and his crew did a complete valve replacement which involved removing the entire motor. Tony did this complicated job quickly, efficiently, and for the lowest possible cost. more

I dropped my van off to have the 30K service done and got a call shortly after saying it wasn't in my best interest due to other problems. They could have easily charged me the $250 and said btw, this isn't going to fix your problem. I will return. more

asked about senior discount told we don't give discounts and if you don't like it you don't have to have your work done here you can go some where else.Really hurt my feelings in front of my daughter who recommended me. won't be back guess you've out grown the little people!! more

Back on the road 8/19/2013

Once again, the guys helped me get back on the road. My alternator went out, and they replaced it on a Saturday morning. I got a call 2 and half hours before they said it would be done. Thanks Tony and Joe at the front desk and all the guys in the shop. Cheers, mMck more
