Got to our appointment a little early and they were able to take our car right back for the scheduled oil change. They said it would be 30 minutes and when we returned about 25 minutes later it was ready to go. more

Finally found an honest mechanic! 1/28/2014

We've taken our cars to Top Performance several times, and each time we walk away satisfied. There is never pressure to do more than what is absolutely needed, and the prices are always fair. Most recently, we took in our family van. We knew what was wrong and how much it would cost, as we've had the problem before. Other places have tried to charge us up to $500 for a repair that simply requires tightening some bolts. Top Performance did the repair on the spot for $50.00. Our father recently brought his car in and saved over $1,000 from what the dealership wanted to charge for routine maintenance. We recommend them to all our friends and family and will never take our cars anywhere else. more

Parts charge.. 1/24/2014

was satisfied with my work done to my car but I do have one complaint that should be corrected. I was quoted $69.99 for the alignment on my Honda. Nothing was said to me about any additional charges. When I went to pay my final bill there was a charge in my bill for $3.50 for parts. I asked the technician what parts were needed in the alignment process? He said there were no parts used but this is a charge on all invoices for stuff like gloves and supplies? I wasn't very satisfied with this answer and I viewed this as a shady practice and these cost if added to all invoices should be disclosed to the customer before you start work. This is the reason why some businesses get a bad reputation. I was trying out your business because it is close and convenient. I don't like the idea of being the one to have to ask about every hidden charge. I may not do any return business with TP auto due to the feeling of being mislead. Dennis Camas, WA more

Oil Change 1/23/2014

Price, flexibility with scheduling, friendliness of staff, all great. The reason for 4 stars only is that it took somewhat longer than I would expect for just an oil change. If I could have give 4.5 stars, that would have been more accurate. more
