Very courteous staff, valet, etc. That's before they get your money. We bought our Explorer here in 2005 and have it serviced here exclusively. Today I brought it in for a 90K maintenance, and before I brought it in, it did not pull and the steering was great. Before I got home after having it serviced, I was on the phone to the service department (Donna, she is super) telling them that my truck pulls to the right and the steering feels tight. I'm going to have to bring it back, and it seems this isn't the first time it's happened. I saw another review on another website where someone has complained about the same thing. What a pain in the ass this is going to be, because I have already been without my vehicle (pretty much confined to home) for an entire day, and now it will be no doubt be at least part of another day. This stinks. I will redo this review if it comes out satisfactorily. more

i recently had to take my car in to be serviced. Service Advisor, James ""JB"" Boyd, provided excellent service. He is a true gentleman..ie kind, curtious, and extremely helpful and totally knowledgeable and effiecient in repair service. My car was repaired very quickly and is running great. Tomball Ford and we as customers are very fortunate to have Mr. Boyd working for us. more

Drives Great! 1/12/2011

Searched the web for the closest dealership to my house. Contacted Tomball Ford on the internet and was quoted a fair price on a 2011 Mustang. It was nice to deal with a friendly salesman who really listened to what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, Brett showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. What a fun car to drive! Since I had already been quoted a price, wrapping up the deal took very little time. I would recommend Tomball Ford to all of my friends and family. more

If your looking to buy a good pre-owned or new Ford than you need to go to Tomball Ford. They have excellent customer service with the friendliest Saleman's you would ever want to meet! I had a wonderful time buying my new F Ford 150 more

Great Management 1/5/2011

\r I have never had a more pleasant and professional experience in consumer shopping as I received at the Tomball Ford dealership. The vehicle I had arranged to purchase was waiting for me in the front to take for a test drive. Great Sales Managment. I will be sending my family and friends to visit as well.\r \r Everyone was wonderfull there and was very helpful and caring! Will only buy my new vehicles there from now on!!! \r \r more

Tomball Ford was simply the best experience that I have ever had with a dealer, period. From start to finish I knew exactly where I was, what I was getting, and what I would be paying.I have always leased and have had to take great care with dealers because of hidden costs added on at the end. The finance guy did a great job explaining the loan and warranty information. \r \r more

I purchased a certified, low mileage, Expedition for my wife. She and the kids love it! Now we have enough room to carpool with other families to soccer and plenty of room for their equipment, too. more

The salesperson provided timely and courteous service. He was very flexible and took the time to listen to what I wanted and did his best to answer my questions. He provided great customer service and went above and beyond to help me. Everyone at Tomball Ford worked with me until we could come up with the best choice of a car. Great bunch, friendly, thoughtful and responsive. I was also very pleased with how they gave me a 1.9% loan that made the car affordable and most of all I was able to buy the car I really wanted. I went into Tomball Ford to buy a Ford 150 and drove out with my new truck in no time at all. Thanks to my salesman and the finance department my time spent in the dealership was not long at all. I will continue to come back to this dealership as well as refere my family and friends.. more

Stopped by another dealership and that guy was so pushy. I usually hate buying a car but my salesman at Tomball Ford was genuinely concerned about getting me the right car in my price range. I bought a Ford Fusion and even got an extended warranty with it. more

The salesman was excellent. Tomball Ford had the exact truck I was looking for. The process was short, sweet and to the point. The finance guy explained everything really well and didn't try to make me buy something I didn't want. My F150 is awesome! more

I'm so glad my husband convinced me to stop by Tomball Ford and look at the new 2011 Ford Edge. It's such an awesome car with a huge sunroof! And the My Ford Touch system is great too. It's so nice to have a built in navigation system without having to plug in a portible one all the time. more

ford focus 12/5/2010

We went in to Tomball Ford to trade in our old white Nissan. We wanted a new car without all of the extra stuff on it. At other dealerships they tried to make us buy a car with cruise control and all sorts of gadgets that we don't need. We just wanted a simple car for us to drive in our retirement. Laura was very kind and explained the operation of the car very well. We really like our new Ford Focus. more

I was going to have her look at a Toyota but she was so happy with the way Lori treated her she only wanted to buy from her. She ended up buying a Fusion and she loves it! The selection of trucks at Tomball Ford is great. Laurie provided great customer service and went out of her way to help me. We walked the lot and drove several trucks before finding just the right one. It's great to have the navigation system to get around, too. I love my new F150! more
