Review content:
Very courteous staff, valet, etc. That's before they get your money. We bought our Explorer here in 2005 and have it serviced here exclusively. Today I brought it in for a 90K maintenance, and before I brought it in, it did not pull and the steering was great. Before I got home after having it serviced, I was on the phone to the service department (Donna, she is super) telling them that my truck pulls to the right and the steering feels tight. I'm going to have to bring it back, and it seems this isn't the first time it's happened. I saw another review on another website where someone has complained about the same thing. What a pain in the ass this is going to be, because I have already been without my vehicle (pretty much confined to home) for an entire day, and now it will be no doubt be at least part of another day. This stinks. I will redo this review if it comes out satisfactorily.
