Lauri at Tomball Ford was not pushy at all and fun to work with. She helped me find a good fitting car for me. We did a long walk around the lot and checked out the inventory and different options certain models provided. In the end I was very happy with my choice of selection and have been still. Great Car! 11/21/2010

Service from Lauri was outstanding. She took care of all the details while I was out of town. Trade In was handled wonderfully and the new car exceeded my expectations. I love my new Ford Edge. Everything at the dealership was handled professionally and promptly. I am very glad that I was dealing with Lauri and Tomball Ford. That made the sale happen for me while I was out of town.\r \r \r \r more

Great Experience 10/25/2010

My car shopping expeirence at Tomball Ford was awesome. I was looking at the Focus for my daughter who was turning 16. Even though I have decided to waite intill she is a little older to buy her a new vehicle, Jack Velasquez made the expeirence amazing. When I am ready buy her the car, I am defintely returning to Jack at Tomball Ford. I felt no pressure and he took the time to answer all my questions. Since Jack made the car shopping experience great, I know he will make the car buying experience painless. more

Sales 9/30/2010

I recently bought a new truck from Just Jack at Tomball Ford and it was an excellent experience all around from when I pulled up on the lot to when I walked out of finance with the keys to my new truck! If you are in the market to buy a new Ford I highly reccomend Tomball Ford and Mr. Jack Velasquez aka Just Jack. I have yet to meet with service department but if service is any reflection of the rest of the dealership I am sure I will be more than taken care of in that department as well. more

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a valuable employee you have in the service department. I recently visited your shop with my 2008 Ford F250. I purchased the vehicle unfortunately from a dealer\r that is no longer in business. I was greeted on the phone by Donna and she was pleasant from the start. I explained that I was not sure what warranty I had or what it covered. She helped me thru that and thru the repair part and I had no monies due because Ford paid for everything. She kept me informed and when I got there to pick up my truck it looked brand new because she even had it cleaned.\r Thank you Tomball Ford....and keep in mind that young lady (Donna) is a true jewel in your crown.\r Simon more

i recently had to take my car in to be serviced. Service Advisor, James ""JB"" Boyd, provided excellent service. He is a true gentleman..ie kind, curtious, and extremely helpful and totally knowledgeable and effiecient in repair service. My car was repaired very quickly and is running great. Tomball Ford and we as customers are very fortunate to have Mr. Boyd working for us.\r more
