Tires Plus Total Car Care

I came in to get my tire fixed, and they ended up breaking the thing that holds my spare tire under the suv. And he had me pay for it before he was completed with everything before I found out about the broken thing, and he says, "just put the spare in the trunk". A nice man that was working there named Brent, really did good work, and was trying to fix it. Then out of nowhere comes this man named Chad!!! and says stop trying, put it in the back. I was really mad! Brent said, "im the one doing it, so shut up and leave me alone. And Chad started yelling at him! Whatever you do, make sure you dont work with Chad!!!! He really got me mad, You dont want any bussines with him.. I hope the manager sees this, because I dont think that someone that is so horrible with people should work there.. and that someone is Chad. I ended up talking to the manager and he said come back the next day and we'll try to fix it. more

I would never ever ever take my car back there-ever! I took it in to get new tires put on and have them do a general checkover on it. The tires cost way more than what they advertise and they came back with a list of at least ten things wrong with my car. I have since taken it elsewhere and there was only one thing they came back with. The other thing that totally pissed me off is that they said it needed an oil change-badly; I had JUST had my oil changed not one week earlier by a trusted business and on top of that-the sticker was on my windshield saying it wasn't due for another 3000 miles! They're a total scam and completely retarded. I would not recommend taking your car here if your life depended on it!! more

Tires Plus is in a very convenient location by the mall, and they have great hours, but that is all they have going for them. I went to have my oil changed, and the hood of my car was damaged and wouldn't latch. Instead of fixing the problem, they insisted that it wasn't their fault. I PAID to have them fix the latch, that wasn't broken until I took my car there. Smaller irritations: their staff uses aggressive "suggestive" selling (No means No!) and the technician who changed my oil left greasy boot prints on my floormat. Take your business somewhere else. more

I have had so many outcomes to the service here that it is not a good recommondation for me. I have had tires, oil changes and brakes done here and now will only go to have my oil changed. The only reason I still do that is because that is the only service I havent had problems with and it is the cheapest in town. We had brakes put on here and ended up having to take the car back and get the brakes bled since they didnt seem to do it the first time. The staff is so-so and they arent the fastest place in town. more

This place has quick oil changes and a very fair price as well. The people are super friendly and they try to get you in and out fast with awesoem service as well. They are also knowledgeable about the products and will answer any questions you have about the products and services they offer. They aim to please. PROS: Quick oil changes CONS: n/a more
