Tires Plus is in a very convenient location by the mall, and they have great hours, but that is all they have going for them. I went to have my oil changed, and the hood of my car was damaged and wouldn't latch. Instead of fixing the problem, they insisted that it wasn't their fault. I PAID to have them fix the latch, that wasn't broken until I took my car there. Smaller irritations: their staff uses aggressive "suggestive" selling (No means No!) and the technician who changed my oil left greasy boot prints on my floormat. Take your business somewhere else.
