I came in to get my tire fixed, and they ended up breaking the thing that holds my spare tire under the suv. And he had me pay for it before he was completed with everything before I found out about the broken thing, and he says, "just put the spare in the trunk". A nice man that was working there named Brent, really did good work, and was trying to fix it. Then out of nowhere comes this man named Chad!!! and says stop trying, put it in the back. I was really mad! Brent said, "im the one doing it, so shut up and leave me alone. And Chad started yelling at him! Whatever you do, make sure you dont work with Chad!!!! He really got me mad, You dont want any bussines with him.. I hope the manager sees this, because I dont think that someone that is so horrible with people should work there.. and that someone is Chad. I ended up talking to the manager and he said come back the next day and we'll try to fix it.
