We have been customers of yours bringing in two vehicles for years. This time we were very disappointed. The tires are fine, but we had a 3:30 appointment in which I took 1 1/2 hours of vacation from work to meet. Due to your overbooking or slipping other customers in between us, we were there almost 3 hours. Several customers came and went and while we were still waiting. Due to this we were almost 2 hours late for our granddaughters 6th birthday party. Now this may not mean much to you, but it did to us. Also when putting our tires on you talked us into rear brakes and said this would take no longer than just putting the tires on which would only be 1/2 hour more total time. So we agreed. Well it was one hour and 20 minutes more. To me this is UNEXCEPTABLE. You have lost our business!! just so you could get other customers in and done without thinking about how your treating you regular customers. more

Fast and courtious service. Slightly surprised when $18.99 special came to $29.30. They explained my car takes 8 quarts (manual says 7) at $2 Qt. Did not add up more

Poor quality service 10/31/2013

I went to have new tires mounted and balanced and an alignment performed on my vehicle and after the alignment my steering wheel was off. I brought it back to get it fixed and then the steering wheel is off the other way. more

Competitive pricing for standard commodities and service 10/24/2013

It should not take one hour to change oil and rotate tires....30 minutes tops. The customer should be asked if they want the partial inspection of the vehicle. I do not need ball joints and tie-rod ends as recommended, as they were changed out less than 40K miles ago.(both vehicles in for tire rotation this past week). I listened to one presentation to a female customer that she need front brake pads...which she politley explained were changed out two weeks ago! Best work on your accuracy and honesty. more

Great service every time. Only complaint is for the second time now my truck has left the shop with oil and grease marks all over the exterior and the last time it was even all over my steering wheel. This needs to be fixed immediately! more

I expressed my displeasure with an estimate given to my girlfriend for $400 to replace all tranny lines on her car when only a small metal tube needed to be replaced. To my knowledge nothing was said or done about it and there was no mention of it when I returned to pick up my car after an oil change. I would have expected an explaination, guess not. Unless I get one I won't be back and will be sure to publish an account of this behavior by your store. Last question on this form.." Would you recommend this business to a friend? I just needed my tires rotated. Chris said it would be about an hour; I was gone in 45 minutes. That was a good thing! more
