Review content:
It should not take one hour to change oil and rotate tires....30 minutes tops. The customer should be asked if they want the partial inspection of the vehicle. I do not need ball joints and tie-rod ends as recommended, as they were changed out less than 40K miles ago.(both vehicles in for tire rotation this past week). I listened to one presentation to a female customer that she need front brake pads...which she politley explained were changed out two weeks ago! Best work on your accuracy and honesty.
