My wife and I had been regular customers. I was highly dissatsified recently, however, with the service on my Taurus. I took the car in three times in a two week period for the same problem-I spent $500 on repairs yet the same problem persisted. I was also asked to pay an additional $300 dollars, however, when I questioned what repairs had been completed to actually resolve the persistemt problem, I was not charged the additional $300. I finally took my car to the dealership and it was fixed in one visit. I feel as if I completely wasted $500 with your shop as the work at the dealership that actually resoved the problem had nothing to do with what was being worked-on in your shop. I was especially annoyed with one of your staff. When I brought the car in for the third time, suspecting I had some idea of what was part of the problem, he initally told me he "did not have time" to look under the hood with me. I work full-time and have a family. Needless to say, I was irritated in the extreme with his response as I had taked repeated trips to your shop, each successive trip consuming more of my valuable time.
