Review content:
We have been customers of yours bringing in two vehicles for years. This time we were very disappointed. The tires are fine, but we had a 3:30 appointment in which I took 1 1/2 hours of vacation from work to meet. Due to your overbooking or slipping other customers in between us, we were there almost 3 hours. Several customers came and went and while we were still waiting. Due to this we were almost 2 hours late for our granddaughters 6th birthday party. Now this may not mean much to you, but it did to us. Also when putting our tires on you talked us into rear brakes and said this would take no longer than just putting the tires on which would only be 1/2 hour more total time. So we agreed. Well it was one hour and 20 minutes more. To me this is UNEXCEPTABLE. You have lost our business!! just so you could get other customers in and done without thinking about how your treating you regular customers.
