I used to enjoy Timo, but on successive visits the staff has become rude. Today, a weeknight, I invvited five other executives to come directly from work for an expense account dinner. We arrived at 5:45, the door was locked. A women came to the door to say they were closed and busy having a meeting. We asked if we could make a reservation for when they opened at 6 p.m. for the six of us, all standing there in suits and ties. We were treated like it was a major inconvenience, even though she brought out her reservation book and it was nearly empty. We watched from outside as four staffers sat around the bar and did nothing. One fooed around with a lap top computer. The women who greeted us was so offensive and uninviting that I finally gave in to my colleagues request to go to Morton's, after we waited past 6 p.m. and no one still came to the door to let us in. I was quite embarrassed, and needless to say 6 executives and everyone they know will never return.
