Worst

The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

My experience was very fast and informative. I visited another Nissan dealership and was not happy with the service I received. All though the other location is closer to my house I will return to this location for servicing. more

Last visit here didn't go so well. I had to wait much longer than anticipated. Nicole (service advisor) was very apologetic and went out of her way to try and make the most of my experience at Thomas. She arranged to have my car washed and dried (which from what I understand is not the norm). She also apologized for lack of response when I arrived, which was not even her responsibility. I understand things happen, however this was a bit much. Nicole saved the day by caring!!! more

Salesperson Kelsey was very well informed on model purchasing. He was very up front about price and services offered thru the dealership. We felt very comfortable through entire transaction. He was not overly aggressive, very polite and professionalism was evident through the entire purchase. I would truly offer this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We were very pleased with Will, our salesman. Will spent a great deal of time explaining all the details of our new car. He also gave us time to discuss the purchase without the pressure associated with car buying. He also showed us the different models, explained the differences and showed us the different Rogue's in stock. more
