The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

GREAT JOB! 5/18/2012

Will gave me the best customer service experience ever. He showed me a variety or cars and explained to me all the benefits of each one. Thomas Nissan has a no negotiation approach. No hassle or haggle. I've never been through this before and I must admit that it was the best car purchase I've ever made. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction. GREAT JOB! more

No pressure no hassle 5/17/2012

I came in looking for a used Nissan Sentra. Jose Barrera took the time to show me my options and what would fit into my budget. We looked at several used vehicles and picked a beautiful one that was not only what I wanted, it fit my budget as well. The one low price philosophy and no haggle no hassle should be the way all dealers work. I was never pressured, and all the prices were up front. more

Excellent to work with 5/17/2012

Everybody was really nice. When we arrived we were greeted immediatly. We had been working with Ted for about 2 months. Ted always stayed in touch, but never tried to push us. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Nissan Murano SL AWD. We saw the price on their website and called Ted to verify that was the correct price for the vehicle. We came in, test drove the one we wanted, and drove it home the same night. Great service by all, Ted, Buddy, Al S., and Al H. Thank you again! more

All good things to say about Thomas Nissan. I like to know my and it is always upfront at Thomas Nissan. There wasnt any sneakiness, which is the best part. I will definitely recommend this place to anybody getting a car. more

I went into Thomas Nissan to purchase a vehicle. Will greated me at the door. He explains that Thomas Nissan has a no hassle no haggle policy with one low price. Will showed me the choices in my budget and surprisingly drove out with a nicer vehicle that I thought I would get. more

Through my entire experience, the staff at THomas nissan have been very helpful and went beyond my expectations. Their sense of customer service is far and away the best I've experienced at a dealership. They always have time to help a customer. The manner in which they greet you is more than I could have ever expected. They truly go out of their way to assist every customer to see they are completly satisfied. my service was excellent. They made sure I was helped every step of the way. My salesperson Mike Gors, I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I especially liked their no hassle no haggle one low price, it was easy to see their best price. Michelle in finance was also very helpful keeping the payments in budget. Excellent job to all. more

professional, Clean and Friendly Staff 5/14/2012

Ted, thanks again for everything, you guys are the best. Just a note about the starter, the brake does kill the engine, but if you turn the ignition over it allows the engine to continue running as long as the key is near, which will be nice on a cold winter day. I will send all I can over to you guys, the knowledge, professionalism, and cleanliness of your dealership rises above all others, looking forward to chatting with you when I come in for maintenance.
