Last visit here didn't go so well. I had to wait much longer than anticipated. Nicole (service advisor) was very apologetic and went out of her way to try and make the most of my experience at Thomas. She arranged to have my car washed and dried (which from what I understand is not the norm). She also apologized for lack of response when I arrived, which was not even her responsibility. I understand things happen, however this was a bit much. Nicole saved the day by caring!!!
