Worst

The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

Overall I enjoyed my experience at Thomas Nissan. They had 5 customers decide to buy at the same time and because doing the paperwork takes a little time so they bought pizza for everyone waiting. Kelsie did a great job putting any insecurities to rest that I had with the car purchase experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend Thomas Nissan to others looking for a new or used car. more

Today's visit was for a scheduled oil change and to check the drivers window. My last visit was for new tires. Nicole was very patient and did a lot of research for the right tire for me. I also did some shopping around and with Nicole's help, I purchased tires through Thomas Nissan. I appreciate her time and patience when it comes to servicing my Murano. more

I'm very impressed with your service department. They are very knowledgeable. Their files back on the status of my Altima were very informative upon which I decidedto to back to my practice of opting for a new car. I used to procure cars before my retirement every three years on a lease basis. Buddy, my salesman, was very friendly and accomadating.\r more

Nicole is great. Very friendly. Offered me a product but at the moment did not need it. The reason I keep coming back is because of the wonderful staff. The wait time is less than 1 minute. The coffee is nice and always warm. From the moment I arrived and departed their is always a smile on everyones face. Nicole is a asset to the Thomas Group. I hope she continues to provide the wonderful customer service #1. I have also purchased two vehicles in the past year from the Thomas Group. The reason I keep coming back is the service! more
