They fixed the issue I had and checked out the rest to make sure I didn't have any other issues. Service was fast and I know they were honest. They kept me informed every step of the process and I knew there were no issues. The service was top and the people are helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the job done right. more

Very through review of the transmission before an estimate was written and after approval from me the service was very quick and as qouted with no after work was done surprises. Would definitely be bring more work back to this shop later on in the future being I run a fleet of over thirty vans. Thank you again for the great work. more

Very pleased with the service I received. David gave me regular daily updates on the progress on My Ford Exporer and worked with my warranty company to make my experience painless and my Ford Explorer is shifting flawlessly. I can tell you I did a lot of research before I chose The Transmission Shop to do my work. They have a A+ rating with the BBB and provided excellent customer service. more

I stopped by the shop to get an estimate for repairs on my Astro Van. I met with David, he was busy with another customer so while I waited for about six or seven minutes, I had an opportunity to check the shop through the glass wall. The shop was well organized and really clean. When David and I talked, he was professional and knowledgeable. I though the price he quoted was fair and competitive. I ended up selling the vehicle and not using the service, but two weeks later I got a follow up call from David ...... that really impressed me !!!!! more

What I thought was a transmissions problem turned out to be spark plugs. The Transmission Shop referred me to my normal mechanic and suggested a tune-up. Thank you Transmission Shop. more

last Tuesday I dropped off my Ford Explorer with a transmission problem (no reverse).. David assured me I would have it by thursday before closing… Had a very important meeting Friday morning and needed the Car. Sure enough..Thursday about four o'clock I get the call from David that it is done.. I would like to commend him for the follow through…The expert explanation regarding the problem and the fact that the estimate was actually the cost of the repair. If I had a transmission shop I would definitely hire him away from his existing job regardless of the cost… Customer service is a rare thing in todays society… Burt Finger more

My transmission issue was easily resolved by David and the team in Lewisville. He seemed to know the problem from the beginning but did a full check up and testing to be sure. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them. more

I had a fantastic experience with the transmission shop in lewisville. They were very fast and efficient. If I ever have anymore transmission problems, which I hope I don't but if I do I will definitely go back here! David provided excellent service and communicated with me about my car each day to give me updates of when I could pick it up. Thank you transmission shop, I feel safe driving my car again more

Outstanding service on my daughters Mercedes. I basically knew what the issue was, they confirmed it. Service was fast and done right the first time. Did not try to up sell me any services I did not need like other shops have tried to. Rare to find an honest shop you can trust anymore but I trust the Lewisville Transmission Shop. more

After calling several other repair shops, the transmission shop provided a quote well under $1,000 lower than everywhere else. Not only did they stay in communication with me throughout the process, they finished on time and within the budget. I would highly recommend the transmission shop to all friends and family. more
