last Tuesday I dropped off my Ford Explorer with a transmission problem (no reverse).. David assured me I would have it by thursday before closing… Had a very important meeting Friday morning and needed the Car. Sure enough..Thursday about four o'clock I get the call from David that it is done.. I would like to commend him for the follow through…The expert explanation regarding the problem and the fact that the estimate was actually the cost of the repair. If I had a transmission shop I would definitely hire him away from his existing job regardless of the cost… Customer service is a rare thing in todays society…
